You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or compromise of credentials.

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You are responsible for your content, prompts, uploads, and configurations. Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

We may apply technical limits (e.g., rate limits, storage caps) to ensure service stability.

Paid features, if any, may be billed on a subscription or usage basis. Prices and terms will be presented at the time of purchase.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Vicstry and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, content, and trademarks.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your organization’s internal purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

The Services may integrate with third‑party services. Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

You may not: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (c) bypass security features or access non‑public areas; (d) use the Services to develop competing models or services in violation of these Terms; or (e) use the Services to infringe, harm, or harass others.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that risks harm.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Some provisions (e.g., IP rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VICSTRY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vicstry and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. We will post updates with an updated “Last Updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vicstry is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Venue and jurisdiction will be as permitted by applicable law.
